In a testament to Sri Lanka’s growing diplomatic engagement with African nations, the Sri Lankan High Commissioner (HC) in Kenya, Kana Kananathan, has been selected as an Election Observer for the Zimbabwe’s 2023 presidential and parliamentary elections.
