The first ever integrated apartment development project that blends the regal grandeur of an ancient kingdom with modern contemporary city living with world-class architectural designs was initiated by GVR Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a BOI approved real estate development company, a USA based company founded by Mahasen Samaravijaya in Sri Lanka, to develop real estate projects in the country.
Chairman and CEO Samaravijaya, who has over 30 years experience in the hi-tech industry, had a vision to contribute back to his hometown Kandy.
