Seylan Bank and CCC conduct webinar on exports for SMEs

Seylan Bank and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) has organised a free webinar titled “How to make your product export ready and finding new export markets for your products and services”.

The webinar catering to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sri Lanka will be held today October 3, from 2.00 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. and will be live-streamed via  Zoom, LinkedIn, YouTube and the official social media pages of Seylan Bank and the Chamber of Commerce.  

The free webinar is part of concentrated efforts by Seylan to support SMEs affected by the impact of Covid-19 on the markets and economy and to assist them to navigate through these tough times.

As the first of the webinars planned together by the Bank and the CCC Centre for SMEs, it will focus on educating SMEs on the various aspects of exporting their products and services and will be delivered by industry leaders and subject matter experts. 

The resource persons will be Chairman, Kent Group of Companies, Gamini Saparamadu; Director and CEO, School of Foreign Trade and Export Strategy, National Consultant and Lead National Trainer – International Trade Centre, United Nations, Upul Dassanayake;  – International Consultant in Trade Facilitation and SME Development, Hasitha Wijesundara; and representatives of the Export Development Board and Seylan Bank.
