International Construction Consortium (ICC) (Pvt) Ltd is making steady progress at its latest development, Oceanfront Condominiums in Galle.
The 16-storeyed residential tower consists of 94 two, three and four-bedroom luxury apartments, with unhindered views of the Indian Ocean. Construction work on the fifth floor is in-progress, along with the courtyard pool and the iconic Dutch-styled archway which opens out to the ocean. Potential buyers have taken the opportunity to visit the site and experience the view from their apartments.
The construction team led by Project Manager Asela Jayasinghe was responsible for the completion of Oceanfront Condominiums Nilaveli, which conducted its first Annual General Meeting of owners in January 2019, setting a record as the first beachfront vacation condominium in Sri Lanka.
ICC Chairman Harsha de Saram said, “Our owners and investors are satisfied with the quality of construction at Oceanfront Nilaveli. We delivered on our promise.
That’s a reputation we have built over the past four decades, and it’s the assurance we have brought to Oceanfront Galle.” The beachfront condominium is scheduled for completion in June 2020.
