The Investment Promotion Ministry has appointed Ruwan Fernando as the country representative for the Republic of Kenya.
The concept of appointing Sri Lankan businessmen who have excelled commercially overseas as country representatives is the brainchild of State Minister of Investment Promotion, Dilum Amunugama.
