The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka will host the National HR Conference 2023 conducted under the theme “Navigating Dire Straits” on June 21 and 22 2023 at the Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura.
After a hiatus of three years due to the pandemic, the CIPM National HR Conference returns, promising to be an event of unparalleled insights and experiences for HR professionals, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
The National HR Conference 2023 Managing Director/ CEO of A. Baur & Co. (Pvt) Ltd, Rolf Blasé will be delivering the keynote address.
The National HR Conference 2023 comprises a main conference with technical sessions, the Great HR Debate, the National HR Exhibition, and the CIPM Lifetime Gold Award.

At the media briefing on NHRC 2023, President of CIPM, Ken Vijayakumar, said that the purpose of having this conference is to introduce novel and effective people management practices that cater for the current issues faced by companies such as the brain drain, improving the productivity and finding solutions to people-based problems.
Chairman of the NHRC Committee 2023, Priyankara Senevirathne, highlighted the importance of holding an event of this caliber amidst many challenges to help Sri Lanka move forth at this Dire Strait.
