CIPM Sri Lanka has initiated a strategic alliance with the University of Jaffna, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce recently at the Jaffna University premises.
The MoU aims to enhance the development of students in human resources and strengthen the HR fraternity. Towards this goal, both parties will organise webinars, seminars, training and development programs and workshops while collaborating on research and joint publications, creating awareness regarding the applicability of human resources and its dynamic role in modern society.
