HNB Finance reappoints Brahmanage Premalal to Director Board

HNB Finance PLC (HNBF) has reappointment Brahmanage Premalal to the company’s Board of Directors as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director from November 29.

Premalal previously served as Deputy Chairman/Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director of HNB Finance until June 29, 2020, before retiring in terms of Finance Companies (Corporate Governance) Direction of Central Bank of Sri Lanka, after completing nine years on the Board.

Premalal is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (United Kingdom), Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, and Chartered Business Administrator (Canada) and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Open University of Malaysia.
