Pradeep Amirthanayagam has been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the People’s Leasing and Finance PLC from September 12.
He was appointed to the Board of People’s Leasing and Finance PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director on July 15, 2022.
On previous occasions he had served on the Board of People’s Leasing as the Deputy Chairman from 2015-2019 and briefly as the Chairman in 2019/2020. He had also been a Director of the Lankan Alliance Finance Ltd in Bangladesh.
Amirthanayagam was preceded by Sujeewa Rajapakse.
