The shares of Exterminators Limited commenced trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on March 30.
The shares have been listed on the Empower Board of the CSE under the “2022 – Commercial and Professional Services” sector. The occasion was marked by the bell ringing ceremony.
Representing Exterminators Limited were Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director Chaaminda Ratnayake, Managing Director Marlon Ferreira, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Suhaniya Pelpola, Director, Business Development, Travis Ferreira, Manager, Operations and Compliance, Ms. Shehani De Waas, Manager, HR and Administration, Ms. Anjela Perera and Assistant Customer Relationship Manager Haaziq Nazaar.
Financial advisor and manager to the issue, Atarah Capital Partners Managing Director Rohan Senewiratne, Vice President, Investment Banking, Chandana Wijesundara, and Assistant Vice President, Investment Banking, Kalhara Kathriarachchi were also present. The CSE was represented at the event by Chief Regulatory Officer, Renuke Wijyawardhane, Senior Vice President, Legal, Renu Ranatunga and the senior management.
