GENEVA (ILO News) – A virtual panel discussion organised during the 66th session of the Commission on the Status of Women provided the platform for the launch of a new guide designed to strengthen gender equality and women’s empowerment in fragile, conflict and disaster settings.
The new publication will guide ILO staff, constituents, and other stakeholders on integrating gender-responsive and conflict-sensitive approaches in initiatives related to employment and decent work across the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus, i.e. the interlinks between humanitarian, development and peace actions. - ILO
