Aluminium extrusion manufacturer, Alumex PLC, is celebrating big wins this year after being conferred top honours by two of the most notable corporate awarding bodies in the region.
Alumex was recognised again for its Annual Report, winning the Silver Award in the Manufacturing Companies with a turnover above Rs. 5 billion category at CA Sri Lanka’s 55th Annual Report Awards, as well as the Certificate of Merit in the Manufacturing Sector at the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) Best Presented Annual Report Awards, Integrated Reporting Awards and SAARC Anniversary Awards for Corporate Governance Disclosures Competition.
The award ceremony for the former was held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo, while the latter in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
