MTI Consulting, led by it Senior Consultant Darshan Singh, was voted a top presenter for the second year running at the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) Conference in Marbella in Spain.
One-hundred-and-twenty people from 23 countries and presenters from 10 countries participated.
Excerpts of Singh’s presentation:
“According to the world economic forum, by 2030, 30% of all jobs will be automated and many jobs will simply disappear through technology transformation. Disruption in the workplace will be common, upskilling and re-skilling will be essential as business models as job roles change. Being prepared for change, how to drive change, manage oneself and others through change, will be the new form of competitive advantage in the golf club industry.”
