The Brandix Group sponsorsed the 2018 National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Conference of Sri Lanka for the ninth year.
Organised by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) of the Ministry of Labour, this year’s conference, part of the National Occupational Safety and Health Week, was themed ‘OSH Management System Implementation and Occupational Disaster Preparedness’.
In keeping with the theme, the objective of this year’s conference was to create awareness and improve health and safety in the workplace as a productivity and economic development strategy by establishing an OSH management system. The event also served as a platform to reward and promote OSH professionals.
