Consultant/General Manager, Villa Palma Beach Resort, Pamunugama, Eric Rodrigo is on a world tour to woo touritsts to Sri Lanka.
Speaking to Business Observer before his departure, he said, “Sri Lanka is fast becoming one of the best tourist destinations in the world. Sri Lanka has all the potentials for tourism.”
Rodrigo said that in recent times tourist arrivals to Sri Lanka has improved tremendously. “We should do everything possible to maintain tourist arrivals to the pearl of the Indian Ocean.”
During his world tour, he hopes to enter into contracts with leading tour operators to bring in large numbers of tourists to Sri Lanka, and thereby much needed foreign exchange.
