Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Football Association had organized an All Island under 14 Rugby Tournament. It was held at the Royal Complex recently. Zahira College emerged Plate champions at the tournament. Zahira College beat St. Anthony’s College Katugastota in the final tournament 24 -10. Here Plate Champions Zahira College Team Captain, Aadhil Kitchil receiving the Trophy from chief guest Col. Manjula Kariyawasam. Director Sports (Training and Development} Ministry of Education, Trizviiy Marikkar, Principal Zahira College with officials of SLSRFA and sponsor, Nestle (Lanka) Ltd. were also present.
