The book I like most is Kirsten’s Surprise: A Christmas Story by Janet Shaw. Kirsten wants to keep some of the old Swedish Christmas traditions alive and she secretly plans a Saint Lucia ceremony for her family. For her own Christmas she hopes for just one special thing. But it depends on a trip to town which turns into a brush with disaster. When they finally get back home, you’ll understand why the candles in the little cabin glow with a special Christmas love. I like this book because my favourite festival is Christmas.
