We have to eat healthy food.
It makes us strong. Healthy food has vitamins and minerals. We should have a healthy diet to protect ourselves from diseases.
We must take healthy food such as fruits, vegetables and dairy products as they give us energy and makes us strong.
But if we eat food such as burgers and pizzas it will make us unhealthy. Therefore, let us always eat healthy food.
