My hobby

My hobby is reading. It became my hobby when I was in Grade one. My mother taught me how to read books every afternoon with Ladybird books. That’s how I started reading. I always read books in my free time. Now, reading has become my hobby.

My favourite books are the Dork diaries. I started to collect Dork diaries. I read Sinhala books also. I started to translate English books into Sinhala. Books give me a lot of knowledge and I can learn many new words.

I have a small library at home. My mother brings me books. It is a very interesting hobby.
