Public property is common property providing a service for humans, such as the railway, bus service, schools, libraries, parks, electricity, telephones and highways.
In our country, we find that some people are ignorant of using public property in the proper way. Such people must be educated. Everyone has a right to use public property. They have no right to damage it. Every citizen has a moral duty to protect public property while obtaining their services.
