Nature’s Wealth – Plants and Animals

27 November, 2016

Nature’s produce are our best friends. They are plants, consumers and animals. We cannot produce energy without them. But if you eat junk food which does not contain balanced nutrients, it will affect your health. It is also the reason for fatigue and obesity. Increase the intake of fibre by eating red rice, fruits, vegetables and greens with low salt and sugar. Avoid large meals with fried, oily food. Drink eight glasses of water daily. Exercise at least thrice a week. Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are the best exercises to improve blood flow.
