
Yamada and Ms. Ito of wa.wa.wa.no.group from Japan arrived in Sri Lanka recently. Yamada has helped needy families in Sri Lanka. A house destroyed by an elephant was restored to a helpless family.
Infrastructure facilities were provided to many pre-schools and eight pre-school buildings were provided.
New wells for water facilities, a rural medical centre, a sub-post office and a library were constructed.
Five-hundred wheelchairs, smartphones and laptops for 28 children for online education during the Corona pandemic and several bicycles for schoolchildren in rural areas were also provided.
On his visit to Sri Lanka this time, he distributed 400 lunch boxes to children in several pre-schools and has helped Sri Lanka for 20 years.

Another community service done by Yamada is taking care of 28 children in Sri Lanka from the pre-school stage to university.
