The tapir

21 August, 2022

Can we start with the baby tapir please?  A baby tapir is well…just imagine a watermelon and that one day it became brown and grew spots. So, yes, that is a baby tapir.

The Malaysian tapir is about eight feet long (2.4m) long and three feet tall (91cm).  Itlives in the jungles of Thailand, Sumatra and Malaysia.

The Brazilian tapir lives in the jungles of Northern and Central America. It is three feet (91 cm) tall and six feet (1.8 m) long.
