Behavioural patterns that are beneficial to one’s health and mental well-being are called good habits. They should be practised from our childhood. Good habits are essential for one to become a disciplined person.
We should eat good, healthy food, exercise regularly and drink clear water. Also, we should respect our elders and teachers. We must be friends with our classmates.
The maintenance of our religious practices is an important good habit. We should maintain our hygienic habits like washing our hands before and after eating and after using the toilet.
Good habits allow us to reach our goals. Our lives can be made better by developing good habits. They make our personal appearance better. By practising good habits we can spend a happy and healthy life.
It is very easy to fall into bad habits. Therefore, good habits are important to succeed in life. We, as children should get used to good habits so we can become good people in society.
