Breakfast is one of the main meals in the day. Having Breakfast is important for our day-to-day activities. If we don’t take our breakfast at a proper time we become non-communicable patients and suffer from such diseases such as diabetes and gastritis. If we have a proper breakfast we can become healthy people. We should keep reminding ourselves of the importance of breakfast.
