To make a witch's hat you will need
• A sheet of black Bristol board
• A pair of compasses
• A pencil
• A pair of scissors
• A stick of glue
Method
I) Cut out three large circles, of about 30cm diametre, from the black Bristol board.
II) With the pair of compasses with the pencil attached to it, draw a circle of about 20cm diametre in the centre of two circles and cut them out.
III) Take the third circle and cut in this shape.
IV) After folding it into a cone, glue the two ends together
V) Take the ring-shaped piece of board and place it over the cone, then insert it and mark the point where the cone and the ring intersect.
VI) With the scissors, cut some slits around the bottom of the cone, up until the point of the mark placed previously.
VII) Apply some glue on the slits of the cone and paste the ring on them.
VIII) Take the second ring, and paste it on top of the first one.
IX) Decorate as you wish.
