One day, when Chicken Licken was peacefully going about her daily business a nut fell on her head. Startled, Chicken Licken thought that the sky was falling down.
“Oh dear, the sky is falling down, I must tell the king”, said Chicken Licken and promptly set off for the castle.
On her way to the castle Chicken Licken met Henny Penny.
“Do you know? The sky is falling down and I am on my way to tell the king” she told Henny Penny.
"I will join you”, said Henny Penny and off they went. 
Chicken Licken and Henny Penny met Cocky Locky.
“The sky is falling down and I am going to tell the king", said Chicken Licken to Cocky Locky.
“I will come with you” said Cocky Locky. So, the friends continued to go towards the castle.
They met Ducky Lucky.
“The sky is falling down and I am going to tell the king", said Chicken Licken to Ducky Lucky.
"I will come to see the King with you", said Ducky Lucky.
Drakey Lakey stopped the friends and wanted to know where they were going. ''The sky is falling down and I am going to tell the king”, said Chicken Licken.
“I will come too”, said Drakey Lakey.
The little band of friends met Goosey Loosey and Chicken Licken said that the sky was falling down and they were on their way to tell the king. Goosey Loosey joined them.
After a while, they met Foxy Loxy.
The friends told Foxy Loxy,
“The sky is falling down and we are going to tell the King”.
“Oh” said Foxy Loxy. The king lives here. Follow me”.
And that was the last anyone saw of poor Chicken Licken, Henny Penny, Cocky Locky, Ducky Lucky, Drakey Lakey and Loosey Goosey for they were all inside Foxy Loxy’s tummy.
