Health is wealth

Good health is the most valuable treasure that one could achieve in life. The proverb ‘Health is wealth’ tells us that health is more important than wealth.

Good health means a state of wellbeing not only in the body but also in the mind. If we are healthy we can do our work easily, without much effort. To have a healthy body we should eat healthy food, drink pure water and also exercise

Eating fresh, healthy and nutritious food is a good way to prevent illnesses. Food which contain carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins not only give us energy but also increase the quality of our blood and keep us away from diseases.

Drinking much water helps easy digestion and keeps away from dehydration

To maintain a healthy body, we should exercise for 30 minutes each day. It burns the excess fat in our body and keeps us strong and healthy. Having good health habits is essential to have a healthy body.

But now, most people eat fast and junk food. If they eat this junk food for a long time they will have to suffer from many chronic diseases in the future. We should only eat home cooked food otherwise we will have to face many bad consequences in the future. Let’s eat healthy food and lead a healthy life.
