Fruit smoothie

l 1 orange peeled and separated
l ¼ cup crushed pineapple with juice
l 2 bananas cut in pieces
l ¼ cup mango or papaya cubes 
l ½ cup milk
l 1 cup yogurt
 
Mix all ingredients well  together and blend until smooth and  chill. Enoy!
