Good health habits

Habits which lead to a healthy life are known as good health habits. When one follows good health practicesit certainly generates a healthy and balanced life. Good health habits must be formed in childhood itself because it is difficult to form such habits in adulthood.

There are several health habits which must be followed by everyone in society.

They are washing hands before and after meals, bathing daily brushing teeth morning and night, daily exercise, trimming nails twice a week and many other such habits.

On the whole, everyone must reject bad habits and form good health habits because it ensures a long life free from illnesses.

All those who wish to have a healthy life must form good health habits from their childhood itself.
