We got our August vacation after a long period of time. Most of the children consider it as the kite season because of the strong breeze. People go on picnics during this time. I spent my vacation meaningfully. I got up around 6.00 a.m. and cleaned my home making it neat and tidy. I help my mother and father as much as I can. I work to a time table. In the afternoon I do some of my school work and play indoor games. In the evening, I worship the Buddha and meditate. At night I read story books to improve my knowledge.
My dear friends, vacation is not only to play games and watch TV but it is also a valuable chance to improve our knowledge. Try to make the maximum use of the vacation.
