A concert was organised for the differently-abled children at the Puttalam Town Hall under the guidance of the Chairman, Puttalam Urban Council K.A.Baiz, in order to commemorate the World Differently-abled Day. Infant Zahira College, Puttalam, Special Unit and the beneficiaries of the differently-abled centre, which is under the Urbam Council, Puttalam participated. Urban Councillors - M.S.M.Rafeek, P.M.Rifras, A.M.Sihan, G.Wijeydasa, K.A.Bernard Rajapaksha and the Secretary of the Urban Council S.G.Wimalasena participated as the guests of honour. The staff of Urban Council and the parents of the differently-abled were also present.
