I have read many books. Among the books I have read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is my favourite. It has been written by well-known British author J.K Rowling. It is the second novel in the Harry Potter series. This book was published by Bloomsbury in 1998.
A twelve-year-old boy called Harry Potter is the main character in this story. He is an orphan who is studying at the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger are Harry's best friends.
In their second year at Hogwarts, the attacks start on the muggle-born students. Harry and his friends find out about the chamber of secrets and they solve the mystery.
I like this story because it enthralls the reader. It is an exciting and interesting story. It takes the readers to a world of witchcraft and wizardry.
It tells us about bravery, cleverness, friendship, courage and sacrifice. You can’t stop reading this book until the end. I like this book more than all the others.
