The prefects investiture ceremony Sisu Nayu Abises - 2019 of Kumarathunga Munidas Maha Viduhala, Dickwella was held at the school main hall recently.
Chief guests were Assistant Director, Zonal Education Office, Matara Samitha Kurukulasooriya, Chairman, Dickwella Pradeshiya Sabha Kithsara Muthukumarana, Lecturer, University of Ruhuna Saman Dadallage, Inspector of Police N. Gayan Krishantha and the Principals of the schools in the area. Sixty-eight students took their oaths as prefects while L.M. Kavinda Sandaruwan and H.D. Amandi Gayani as head prefects. The ceremony was held under the guidance of the Principal, Kumarathungu Munidas Maha Viduhala H.M.D. Piyasiri with the support of the academic and non-academic staff.
