My grandfather’s name is Nawaliyas De Silva. He was a former Principal as well as a planter. He died in 2006. I was born in 2008. So I never met him. Even though I never met him, I have heard about the good things my grandfather did from my relatives. He was a strict yet kind gentleman. Most importantly, he has left a cupboard full of books for me. I have read many story books from the cupboard. During the school vacation, I read a book on King Dutugemunu.
