The beach consists of yellow sand. But at the water’s edge there is rubble, shells and algae. Crabs make tiny homes in the rubble. Little children fly kites on the beach. There are many holiday resorts near beaches. When I go to the beach with my parents, I swim and dive in the sea. There are life guards near the beach hotel. I also like to go on underwater boat rides in the sea in Hikkaduwa, and see corals from the bottom of the glass boat. I enjoy going to the beach very much.
