The Gavel Club of the University of Kelaniya in collaboration with the Career Guidance Unit of the University, will present the all island inter-university public speaking contest, ‘Best Speaker 2017’ for the 13th consecutive year.
The contest will focus on public speaking skills, giving voice to thoughts, and win the Best Speaker 2017 Trophy and show talent to the world. The closing date for registration is October 31, 2017. The preliminary round will be on November 11.
