Journalist and writer Champika Deepani Ranasinghe has launched her latest book, Lama Manasa Handuna Ganimu, let’s understand the child’s mind, which is a Sandipa Publication. The book, penned in consultation with Dr. Sudarshi Seneviratne, a medical specialist on Youth and Child Psychology, deals with mental problems and related ailments, how to tackle educational and social problems, and instances where medical advice needs be sought from the time of conceiving until the child reaches adolescence.
Champika has authored several other books such as, Gabini Mawata Athwelak, Manasika Rogawalin Midemu and Arthritis Walakwa Ganimu.
