An evening of entertainment adorned the British School Auditorium recently as young students, as well as children of special needs, displayed their talents in aid of a worthy cause.
Enliven, a talent show organized by the Interact Club of the British School in Colombo hosted its annual event in aid of Navodya School for Children with Special Needs. The event show consisted of a mixture of talented performances by the students and those from Navodya School for Children with Special Needs.
This was a great platform for those with physical barriers to perform in front a large audience and it was a heartwarming sight to see those children coming on stage and perform with confidence.
The funds raised through the project were channelled towards obtaining a permanent place for school children. A large crowd including the Principal Dr. John Scarth attended the show.
