'Line of Sight,' a students leadership program was organized by the WNS Cares Foundation at the WNS Auditorium Colombo recently. The program was aimed at educating young minds and empowering them to be tomorrow's leaders through learning. The program played a vital role in developing confidence, leadership, decision making and problem solving skills of these students as they prepare for the next stage of their lives.
Students from Grade Eight and upwards participated to develop teamwork, communication and confidence. They also worked on real world projects mentored and supported by the WNS Cares volunteers.
Twenty students from Khairiya Girls College, Colombo and Rajasinghe Maha Vidyalaya, Colombo participated this year. Yesmin Mubarak and Shabeera Caffoor conducted the program. WNS Cares Foundation General Manager (Human Resources) Shanaka Fernnado and volunteers of the WNS Cares Foundation also participated.
