My favourite author is Roald Dahl. He has written many books such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator, Matilda, The BFG, The Witches, The Twits, Fantastic Mr. Fox, James and the Giant Peach, George’s Marvellous Medicine and Danny the Champion of the World.
Out of the above, my favourite book is Danny the Champion of the World.This book is illustrated by Quentin Blake. The characters in the book are Danny, Danny’s father, Doc Spencer, Mrs. Grace Clipstone and Mr. Victor Hazell. From these characters Danny is my favourite character.
Danny thinks his father is the most marvelous and exciting father any boy could ever have.
Danny’s dad has a very big secret. This secret leads them both to the strangest adventure of their lives.
The novel has a daring plot that makes Danny the 'champion of the world.'
I like this book because Danny and his father do a lot of exciting things. This book is very interesting to read. I love to read this book again and again. This is the best book I have ever read so far.
