“C’est un bon livre, c’est tres interessante.” It is a good book, it is very interesting. It is a comic. It is humorous. It is none other than the Asterix book series. It is a book about France. It is about villagers who protect their village from the Romans and Julius Caesar, the ruler of Rome who tries his best to conquer the small village. But Asterix, a fast, cunning, intelligent Gaul tries his best to save his village. A magical potion made by a Druid named ‘Getafix’ helps Asterix in his adventures. With his friends Obelix and Dogmatix, Asterix travels all around the world to save their village. They go to Olympics, have challenges with the Romans, and solve problems which occurred because of the Romans. I think that the Asterix series is very humorous and a must read, if you want to laugh out loud! This book contains jokes from the very funny ones to the not so funny ones, throughout the whole book. I hope that it will be a great story for you to read, too.
