My favourite book series is Harry Potter, and out of the entire series, The Prisoner of Azbakan is my favourite book. Harry Potter books are published by many publishers, but my book is published by Bloomsbury. This fascinating story is written by J.K. Rowling.

The Harry Potter books are based on a story of the ‘Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizadry'. Harry Potter is a boy who lost his parents when he was very young. They were killed by Lord Voldemort, a vicious, ugly wizard whom everyone except Harry calls “you-know-who” as they are petrified by him. Voldemort also tried to kill Harry, but he only made a scar on his forehead and could do no other harm. Harry was sent to live with his uncle, aunt and cousin, the Dursleys who are horrid. They lie to Harry by saying that his parents were killed in a car crash, and Harry has to believe them.

But because of the mysterious letters sent to him by Hogwarts, Harry realises that he has been tricked. Together with Hagrid, a large fat man with piggy black eyes, they set off on Hogwarts Express to the Hogwarts school. Harry meets Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, and together their mission is to find and destroy Voldemort's seven powers and kill him. The other characters who help Harry are Albus Dumbledore, the Headmaster of Hogwarts, Professor Minerva McGonagall, his teacher, and Sirius Black who is the prisoner of Azkaban whom everyone is searching for.

This story brings amazing, unbelievable, terrifying thoughts to the reader, and that is why I like the Harry Potter book series the best.
