Best Book reviews- First Prize: The Seven Crystal Balls

18 December, 2016

There are lots of interesting books I like to read. Among them the most stimulating and fascinating book I have read is The Adventures of Tintin: The Seven Crystal Balls. This is a wonderful creation by Belgian cartoonist Herge. He has also written 23 more Tintin books narrating the adventures of Tintin. This book was published in 2011 by Egmont publishers.

The main character of this story is Tintin who is a news reporter by profession. He has a good and funny friend named Captain Haddock and a fluffy dog named Snowy.

This story makes the reader feel curious and laugh which makes me like it. This book tells us about the things that happen to the seven members of the Sanders-Hardiman Ethnographic expedition after they discovered a tomb which belonged to a mummy called ‘Inca Rascar Capac'.

With the help of his friends Tintin tries to find out whether that curse is real or not. They also had to find their missing friend Professor Calculus and it is a confusing situation for Tintin. There are numerous things to find out. Challenges to face are limitless. But there is one question. Will they find out who did these mysterious things to those seven members and kidnapped Professor Calculus? You'll find out from one of the Tintin series called Prisoners of the Sun.
