Christell Luxury Wellness has taken home the Gold Award for the Healthcare Service sector (medium group) at the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) held recently – cementing its position as leaders in medical cosmetology in the country.
Now in its 18th year, the annual business excellence benchmark competition - organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) - was launched to recognise enterprises that have demonstrated excellence in business while also contributing to the economic progress of the country.
The award ceremony recognises business excellence under the 7-point NBEA assessment model, where applicants are evaluated by an elite panel of judges for excellence in Strategy and Leadership, Corporate Governance and Strategy, Capacity Building, Performance Management, Local and Global Market Reach, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability, and Business and Financial Results.
Directors of Christell Luxury Wellness Prof. Ramani Arsecularatne, Ihan Jayawardana, and Dr. Shanika Arsecularatne received their Gold Award from the chief guest, the Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Gopal Baglay.
Prof. Ramani Arsecularatne said, “We are extremely honoured to have been awarded Gold here at the NBEA, which only serves as a reflection of the confidence of our customers and the business community in the quality of our diverse offering of treatments and services.
This milestone will only further strengthen our commitment towards broadening our aesthetic and wellness portfolio, allowing us to continue providing only the best to our customers.”
