Cake Decorator R.L. Clement will hold his 38th annual Mal-Mee Cake Exhibition and selecting Mal-Mee Cake Queen at the BMICH on March 26 and 27 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The exhibition was opened at the Pushpadana Samithi Hall, D.S. Senanayake Veediya in Kandy yesterday and will conclude today at 6 p.m.
R.L.Clements Mal-Mee cake show is the biggest cake exhibition in Sri Lanka.
International Cake Decorator R.L.Clement is an instructor of the Knightsbridge PME Ltd. School of Cake Decorating and confectionery Arts (UK).
He is one of the instructors of the Wilton School cake decorating USA in Sri Lanka.
He is the Director of R.L.Clement Cake Decorating School. He is famous for sugar flowers and Wedding Cake Structures.
Cake lovers wait patiently until Mal-Mee blooms as they are quite certain that Clement will bring out some brimming ideas with some variety of beautiful creations. It will amaze the crowd at the “Wonder Work” of Clement.
