Water is a precious gift from Mother Nature. It has many uses – mainly to quench our thirst. It is vital for humans and animals because we cannot live without water. There is clean drinking water in Sri Lanka. Ancient kings built many tanks and ponds to protect water resources. People pollute water by throwing garbage into rivers and seas. Let’s protect water resources.
