A celebration of Sri Lanka’s world-famous mangoes

Hilton Sri Lanka has announced a Seasonal Produce campaign celebrating the vibrant and succulent local mango produce that Sri Lanka is renowned for. The campaign aims to showcase the versatility of the fruit in various food and beverage items, available for guests to indulge in at the hotel.

The Mango promotion commenceed on March 10, ushering in a season of delectable mango flavours for all to enjoy.

The promotion campaign, which runs for seven weeks, features an array of unique mango-based culinary creations across the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, highlighting the celebrated mango species the country is known for including Karutha Kolomban, Alphonso, and Kohu Amba.

SunsetBlu,Hilton Colombo’s all-day club and the Lobby And Bar (LAB), are bringing out their array of Mango infused signature cocktails and mocktails courtesy of their talented Mixologist Ashwel Handy.

Cafe Kai at Hilton Colombo is offering a sensational collection of cakes, cupcakes and chocolates inclusive of Vodka Mango truffles and Honeycomb noisettes.

Basico Bar Lounge at Hilton Colombo Residences is thrilled to serve a variety of Mango flavoured mocktails and cocktails as well as a Mango based A-la-carte menu which includes pan-fried Norwegian salmon filet with chili mango salsa, and mango and lemon cheesecake.

The offerings are also available to the in-house guests through the in-room dining service provided by the hotel.

All bars at DoubleTree by Hilton Weerawila Rajawarana Resort will feature their Mango-based signature cocktails, and mocktails along with an A-la-carte menu inclusive of a few specialty dishes such as raw mango pickle salad with cherry tomato green cucumber and cilantro dressing and Thai chicken mango curry with steamed rice and condiments will be presented at their dining outlets Spoonbill, Hornbill and Turnstone.
