Election Commission has announced that the Postal voting of the Local government Elections has been postponed indefinitely. Postal voting of the Local government election was scheduled to be held on 22, 24 and 24 th and 28 th of February. The reason for the postponement has been cited as not receiving the ballot papers in due time by the Election Commission.
The Local government election is scheduled to happen on 09 March 2023.
