The Department of Social Services and the Ministry of Women, Child Affairs and Social Empowerment held International Sign Language Day recently. The Hearing-Impaired Dance Group of Brandix Apparel Limited participated in the celebration to mark the Day. The 12-member dance team, all of whom work at Brandix’s Rambukkana facility, graced the Sethsiripaya main auditorium stage in the presence of State Minister of Social Empowerment, Anupa Pasqual and other guests.
